Anglican Parish of Derby and Blackville Cancellations

All services and meetings in the Anglican Parish of Derby and Blackville (Holy Trinity, Blackville, St. Agnes’, Gray Rapids and St. Peter’s, Millerton) are canceled until further notice (at least until Palm Sunday, April 5).

This follows on the advice of authorities and the order of the Bishop.

Please follow the Parish website – and/or the Parish Facebook page (“Anglican Parish of Derby and Blackville“) for updates and information.  Also, please share this information with others who may not be users of the internet.

The Parish Priest, Fr. Gerry Laskey, remains available to anyone who needs his presence or counsel.   Do not hesitate to contact him.

Village of Blackville

The village of Blackville is governed by an elected council made up of a mayor and four councillors. Incorporated as a village in 1966, Blackville has a population of 958 and has had a long history related to forestry and salmon fishing.
