Blackville Canada Day Fireworks and Parade

Celebrate Canada this weekend with the village of Blackville! On Saturday, June 30, the annual Canada Day fireworks are set to light up the sky over the village.  From 8:00pm to 11:00pm, there will be entertainment at the Blackville Municipal Park by Nowhere Road and Ladies of the River.  The Blackville Fire Department will host a BBQ and fireworks will begin at dusk. There will be limited parking inside park. ATV trail gates will be closed.

On Sunday, July 1, the annual Canada Day parade will begin at 3:30pm and travel the usual parade route from Hooked ‘N Cooked to Brennan’s Circle K, down Digby Street and end at the Blackville Park. If you are participating in the parade, line-up begins at 2:30pm at the Hooked ‘N Cooked parking lot.  Immediately following the parade, there will be a bbq, cake, local entertainment (karaoke) and activities at the park from 4:00pm until 6:00pm. Local groups and clubs are encouraged to enter a float.

NOTE: No vehicles permitted inside the park (with exception of floats / parade participants). ATV trail gates will be closed.
