Blackville's Ashlyn Moody Headed to Parliament Hill


Big Brothers Big Sisters / Boys & Girls Club Youth Leader, and Blackville School senior, Ashlyn Moody is headed to Parliament Hill next week to participate in the third annual YOUth in Office.

Ashlyn, daughter of Ashley and Angela Moody, will be matched with a Member of Parliament and their staff to experience a day in the world of Parliament… from Assistants to Members & Party Leaders, from Communications Directors to Policy Advisors & Ministers. This annual event is a joint initiative by Boys & Girls Clubs of Canada and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada.

Ashlyn will also attend a training session in Ottawa and attend Question Period in the House of Commons.
