Celebrate Canada Day with Blackville Fireworks

UPDATE JUNE 25: In light of the recent discoveries of unmarked graves at sites of former residential schools, the village of Blackville has decided to cancel the Canada Day Fireworks this year.

PREVIOUS: Canada Day Fireworks will take place on Wednesday, June 30 at dusk (10:00 pm) from the Blackville Municipal Park.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the park will be closed off to the public and there will not be any entertainment or a bbq this year. There will also be no Canada Day parade.

Please view the fireworks from the bridge or along the street and respect the social distancing regulations. If you are not in your own bubble, please wear a mask.

Please Note: If COVID-19 regulations change before the event, this post will be revised and updates will be available on our website and social media accounts.

Happy Canada Day!
