ConMac Industries at Former Blackville Lumber Site

Conmac Industries, located at 1740 Howard Road – at the former Blackville Lumber site – is open weekdays from 8:00am until 4:00pm for all of your firewood and lumber needs.

The local business manufactures rough cut lumber for shelving, kitchen cabinets, flooring and more. Special orders can be requested for any size project – from railway ties and timber beams to book case shelves and decking.

Ready cut lumber is also available to purchase in a variety of sizes: 4×4, 6×6 and 8×8 timbers, white pine boards and hardwood boards.

Conmac also sells firewood: mill slabs, hardwood, softwood and dry cedar, as well as sawdust for floor dry and bedding for animals.

Village of Blackville

The village of Blackville is governed by an elected council made up of a mayor and four councillors. Incorporated as a village in 1966, Blackville has a population of 958 and has had a long history related to forestry and salmon fishing.
