Fundraising Benefit for Kerri (McCormack) Chambers

There will be a fundraising benefit for Kerri Lynn (McCormack) Chambers, daughter of Jack and Amber McCormack on Sunday, May 5, 2019 from 2:00pm to 8:00pm at the Renous Recreation Center.

Kerri was recently diagnosed with ALS and funds raised will go towards the increased costs of her care. E-transfer is also available at with password courage.

Entertainment will be provided by various local musicians including a couple of former Blackville High graduates from Kerri’s graduating class of 1990 – Wade Hallihan and Kerry Underhill.

There will be a silent auction, Chinese auction and 50/50 draws.

The village of Blackville is governed by an elected council made up of a mayor and four councillors. Incorporated as a village in 1966, Blackville has a population of 958 and has had a long history related to forestry and salmon fishing.
