Greater Blackville Resource Centre’s Annual Turkey Drive

The Greater Blackville Resource Centre’s food bank is accepting donations as a part of its annual Turkey Drive.  A donation of $25 will provide a turkey for a family in our local community.

Donations can be dropped off by December 15th at the GBRC from Monday to Friday 10:00am – 2:00pm.

Receipts for income tax purposes are available.   More information is available by calling the GBRC during operating hours at 843-9024.   The GBRC is located at 12073 Route 8, Upper Blackville (at the Voice of Hope Ministries building).

The village of Blackville is governed by an elected council made up of a mayor and four councillors. Incorporated as a village in 1966, Blackville has a population of 958 and has had a long history related to forestry and salmon fishing.
