Holy Trinity Hosting Stations of the Cross During Lent

On Friday mornings during Lent, the Anglican Parish of Derby and Blackville will host Stations of the Cross at Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Blackville.  All faiths are welcome.

The services begin at 11:30am followed by a simple lunch and guest speaker:

March 3: Fr. Thomas Nisbett
March 10: Pastor Albertine LeBlanc
March 17: Canon Richard McConnell
March 24: Fr. Godwin Kalu, SMMM
March 31: Nancy Stephens
April 7: Fr. Neil Osiowy

Village of Blackville

The village of Blackville is governed by an elected council made up of a mayor and four councillors. Incorporated as a village in 1966, Blackville has a population of 958 and has had a long history related to forestry and salmon fishing.

    The very sight of that church tugs at my heartstrings. How I loved the Parish of Derby and Blackville! I can’t wait to get back there and visit.
