International Host Families Wanted; Information Session set for March 23

Is your family interested in hosting an international student? Hosting opportunities are now being planned for September 2022. An information session will be held at Blackville School on Wednesday, March 23 from 7:00pm until 8:00pm in Room B110.

Every year students from all over the world choose New Brunswick for a cultural and academic experience. Blackville High School and its homestay program is well-recognized and respected in New Brunswick and abroad.

The village of Blackville is governed by an elected council made up of a mayor and four councillors. Incorporated as a village in 1966, Blackville has a population of 958 and has had a long history related to forestry and salmon fishing.
