RCMP and Blackville Wellness Group Partner for Positive Ticketing

In partnership with Blackville Mango Health & Wellness and the Northumberland Community Inclusion Network, members of the Northeast District RCMP Blackville will be hitting the streets this month to issue Positive Tickets to deserving kids in the community.

RCMP will present a ticket to kids that they see doing good things in the community (wearing a helmet while riding their bike, helping a neighbour with yard work, picking up litter, etc.). The ticket is good for a prize that can be redeemed at the Blackville Village Office. Over one hundred prizes are available.

Cpl. Jason LeBlanc issued two tickets this morning to Hunter and Wyatt Linkletter for wearing their seatbelts. Click an image below to enlarge.
