Rescheduled: Our Seniors Matter Luncheon: Age Well, Live Well

ORIGINAL POST: On Saturday, February 25, an Our Seniors Matter Luncheon will be held at 10:00am at the Voice of Hope Ministries with guest speaker Judy Bowman, the regional representative for Healthy Active Living.

The luncheon is geared for ages 50 and over and is free of charge. Judy will provide information on how to take charge of your physical, emotional and mental health, social involvement, and spiritual well-being and the benefits of physical activity and practical ways to become more active.

Registration is required by Thursday, February 23 by calling 843-9034.

The village of Blackville is governed by an elected council made up of a mayor and four councillors. Incorporated as a village in 1966, Blackville has a population of 958 and has had a long history related to forestry and salmon fishing.
