Silent Retreat Set for August 6 & 7 in Blackville

Avadata Yoga Retreat will be hosting a Silent Retreat On Saturday, August 6 and Sunday, August 7 at 336 MacLaggan Drive in Blackville.

Learn techniques to stay in the present moment, calming thoughts through mindfulness and breath awareness. Experience the ability to communicate through the energetic field of the heart.

BYO tent or stay in their beautiful glampsites. Your stay includes healthy delicious meals, walking the trails, meditation, gentle yoga class and time for relaxation. Create your own salad in the garden. Day passes available.

Day 1
Arrival 11-12pm Saturday – set up tents and get settled
12:30 Silent Introductions and Intention Setting
1:00 Light lunch – Pick your own salad
2:00 Earthing and relaxed silent walk
5:00 Dinner
7:00 Meditation
9:00 Campfire
10:00 Silent Goodbyes to the Day Pass Participants

Day 2
7:00am Silent Relaxed Yoga
9:00 Breakfast
10:00 Earthing and relaxed silent walk
11:00 Releasing the Voice
12:00 Goodbyes – all are welcome to stay and enjoy the property

About Your Host
Erin Savage has been a student of yoga for over 25 years. Certified to teach Sivananda Hatha, Kundalini Yoga, the Gong of Holistic Resonance Yoga and Interoceptive Yoga. Trained by Sat Dharam Kaur and Gong Master Don Conreaux. Erin has also recieved trained in Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Mate. She is a trained Doula, Reflexologist and Health Expert.
