Soup's On Returns for Hunger Awareness Week

The Greater Blackville Resource Centre invites you to join them in observing Hunger Awareness Week from Monday, September 17 to Friday, September 21.

Soup’s On free community lunch will be held from 11:30am to 1:00pm at the following locations:

Monday, September 17 – Anglican Hall, 295 Main Street in Blackville
Tuesday, September 18 – Father AA McKinnon Memorial Hall, 105 Main Street in Blackville
Wednesday, September 19 – United Church Hall, 143 Main Street in Blackville

On Thursday, September 20, all are welcome to attend the GBRC Annual General Meeting at 7:00pm at the Voice of Hope Ministries, 12073 Route 8 in Upper Blackville.

Wednesday & Thursday, September 19 – 20 is Food Bank Distribution. The Resource Center will also be open on those two days from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

Beginning Monday, September 17, Blackville Foodland will sell $2 Sharing Program Coupons. Customers can purchase them when they are checking out. The store will then give the Food Bank credit for the amount donated.
