Women's Institute Hosts Craft & Bake Sale

The Blackville Women’s Institute hosted their annual Christmas Craft and Bake Sale on Saturday, November 17.  Although a snowstorm dumped about a foot of snow the night before, shoppers still trekked out to pick up baked goods and Christmas crafts. About a dozen vendors were in attendance.

The event took place at the Blackville Community Centre from 9:00am until 1:00pm.

Tammy Curtis was the winner of the Women’s Institute’s quilt, an annual fundraiser for the ladies group.
